Cinemas

Schools can now benefit from the partnership we have with UK cinema chains. Groups of students can enrich their studies by visiting their local cinema for a private screening of a film related to the curriculum.Cinema Partnerships

Schools simply select their chosen film and we will facilitate, organise and plan the trip for you. The cost of our service is built into the ticket price per student, so there are no extra costs for schools to pay.

Our team works with your school to plan these exciting excursions. To provide a successful cinema visit, we will

Organise the risk assessments and qualify any insurance documentation required for each film

Organise the transportation to and from each school (if required)

Organise the screen hire from the cinema local to the school

Liaise with each cinema to negotiate prices for private screen hire and arrange the licensing hire for the requested film title

Organise the DCP (Digital Cinema Package) for each license title

Communicate with each school so we do everything we can to create a successful cinema trip at the following cinemas.

  • Provision of glasses
  • Sports Vision
  • Swimming Goggles
  • Connecting with Opticians
  • Marketing services for opticians
  • Video email
  • Optimum eye sight for professions

Mad Lab

MadLab is a unique, hands-on electronics workshop for children and adults. In the workshop participants solder electronic components onto specially-designed circuit boards. There are currently over fifty MadLab kits which people can make – the simplest being Flashing Lights, the most complicated a programmable robot which is able to find its way around a maze. The excitement of MadLab is learning how to use a soldering iron, and actually being able to make and take home a working electronic circuit.

Ma Ma Chong

The teachers, administrators and staff at Ma Ma Chong are united in their belief that all children:

  • Will be empowered by learning a second language
  • Will increase their chances of getting into University
  • Will assist their concentration and overall focus
  • Will broaden their career opportunities

The business model will allow for scalability, without the initial investment of a traditional business, with recurring revenue and a healthy cash flow.

Without any knowledge of Mandarin, this learning resource will empower you to mentor the children, and enable you to learn alongside your class. It has been found that children respond better when their teachers accompany them on their learning journey.

Let’s Play Languages

Let’s Play Languages resources are designed primarily for Key Stage 2  (7-11 year olds), but many would also suit any age children just beginning a new language. The products range from a complete 4 year interactive French course to simple engaging resources designed to save preparation time for the busy teacher and help children learn through fun hands-on activities.

Our original class sets of mini cards and the more comprehensive Resource boxes still remain popular. We also supply CD-ROMs, posters, stickers, flashcards, Test Yourself Word Mats and photocopiable worksheets.

We also offer a range of resources for home use: interactive media, books, games and posters in five different languages.
